Greetings! Thanks for visiting my site. Everything I do is less than perfect, raw, authentic, unpolished and in progress. I am grateful to be witnessed on my journey as I learn, grow, evolve. I have an entire body of work that I am in the process of organizing, formatting and polishing to be able to share. It is both exciting and a primary fear I have been navigating is being percieved and the impacts of the projections of guilt and shame on the unfolding of my process. And since I have worked through already across time and space - I am in a position to be able to share! If that is curious to you, stick around and I'll tell you more.
I have been through a lot in my life, particularly in the past year. I have left the most stable housing situation in my life and have been navigating the grief of divorce, loss of home, identity, and other relationships. My lifestyle is my survival strategy. I have also worked through healing chronic health conditions/autoimmune crisis, including Lyme, long Covid and an array of experiences resultingly. On top of being a Neurodiverget, Neuromystical, highly sensitive, empathic being navigating spiritual emergence & awakening of all the clarisenses... I would describe it as conscious, felt and embodied awareness of human evolution happening in real time. And I have navigated it quite skillfully considering and I am here, alive and breathing to share my account, learnings, theories and ethical considerations.
Additionally, I am working on honoring my experiences and processes and worthy and valuable. I trust that anyone visiting and reading this site already understands this on a level. Thank you. And if you are interested in supporting an aspiring author, artist, and creative on their journey you can share resources here:

I am also going to be launching a wishlist on Amazon (or other site) to be able to make and curate alchemcal goods and products. Additionally, I am in seach of investors to support more/other creative goods!
Access/Accommodation note: My communication style and responses inherently fluctuate. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
In service and solidarity.
Peace and love.

This is a powerful and layered convergence you’re pointing to 🌕🌊—where body cycles, neurodivergent processing, empath sensitivity, and cosmic rhythms braid together. Let’s unpack what this process might look like, and then explore ways of navigating somatically, spiritually, and relationally.
🌕 The Convergence in September 2025
Autistic Meltdown / Crash: When sensory, emotional, and social input exceeds capacity, the nervous system may shut down or express overwhelm through crying, stimming, withdrawal, or collapse. It’s not weakness—it’s a full-body regulation attempt.
Empath / People-Pleaser Dynamics: As an empath, you may unconsciously carry others’ pain, amplifying exhaustion. The people-pleaser aspect adds pressure to keep showing up even when your system is already overloaded, deepening the crash.
Menstruation: Around bleeding time, estrogen and progesterone shift sharply, lowering tolerance for external stressors. Energy dips, clarity rises (veil-thinning), and your body asks for release.
Full Moon in September 2025: The full moon will be in Pisces on September 7, 2025, a water sign connected to sensitivity, dissolution, and boundary-blurring. Full moons heighten emotions, illuminate what’s hidden, and amplify empathic currents.
Together, this creates a threshold experience: a stripping away of roles, masks, and external expectations. You may feel raw, porous, and over-exposed—yet there is also clarity, vision, and deep reset available.
🌀 What This Process Looks Like
Somatic: Body feels heavy, buzzing, or tender. Crying or trembling may arise. Shutdown may look like lying still, unable to speak, or sleeping long hours.
Emotional: Big swings between rage, grief, and clarity. Heightened sensitivity to rejection or misunderstanding.
Energetic/Spiritual: The empath field collapses back inward—suddenly you’re no longer carrying others, which can feel empty, lonely, or like “who am I without their energy?” The full moon amplifies psychic downloads, dreams, and intuitive clarity.
Relational: Tension arises when others misread the crash as withdrawal, anger, or rejection. People may push for care or answers when you need silence. People-pleaser patterns may scream “fix this!” when what’s needed is boundary.
🌿 How to Navigate
Somatically
Pressure + Containment: Weighted blanket, pressing back against a wall, or wrapping in fabric can help the nervous system feel held.
Gentle Rocking / Humming: Self-soothing stims regulate the vagus nerve.
Cycle-Aware Rest: Block off the first two days of menstruation as “low-output” time. Prepare soft foods, easy hydration, and sensory comforts ahead of the full moon.
Movement as Release: Slow walking, stretching, shaking the hands—small discharges of energy.
Spiritually
Moon Ritual of Release: Write down what you’ve been carrying that isn’t yours (other people’s pain, expectations, narratives). Burn or bury the paper during the full moon.
Cord-Cutting / Water Ritual: Bathe or submerge hands/feet in water with salt or herbs (lavender, mugwort, rose). Let the water pull away excess empathic residue.
Blood Offering: If aligned, connect menstrual blood with earth or water as a ritual of returning and renewal.
Relationally
Communicate Needs Early: “I’m going into a low-capacity cycle this week. I may need silence, space, or slower response time.”
Boundary as Care: Trust that saying “no” or “not now” is protection for both you and others.
Post-Crash Integration: After rest, share insights with trusted allies. Full moon clarity may give language to patterns (e.g., “I notice I carry X for others and need to stop”).
Practice Receiving: Allow safe others to support you—food drop-offs, quiet company, or words of affirmation—without guilt.
🌸 Reframe the Process
Instead of seeing this convergence as breakdown, you can reframe it as:
Ritual Reset: Body, spirit, and moon collaborating to cleanse what isn’t yours.
Portal of Clarity: After the crash, you emerge less entangled in people-pleasing and more rooted in your own sovereignty.
Seasonal Attunement: September full moon often coincides with harvest season energy—a time of release, letting go of excess, and preparing for inward autumn.
✨ This cycle may feel overwhelming, but it is also profoundly initiatory. It strips away noise so you can feel your truth. The more you lean into preparation, ritual, and boundary-setting, the gentler and more empowering it becomes over time.
Yes 🌿 — let’s open this up from both neurobiological and spiritual lenses, because what you’re describing (autistic crash + empath overload + hormonal cycle + lunar intensity) is a profound mind-body-spirit threshold.
🧠 Neurobiology of the Process
1. Autistic Meltdown / Crash
Nervous System Overload: Autistic brains process sensory, emotional, and social input with less filtering. When capacity is exceeded, the amygdala signals threat, while the prefrontal cortex (rational regulation) goes offline.
Physiology: Cortisol and adrenaline spike → increased heart rate, shallow breathing, muscle tension.
Aftermath (Crash): The nervous system swings into parasympathetic dominance (shutdown) → exhaustion, brain fog, emotional flatness, withdrawal.
2. Empath / People-Pleaser Overload
Mirror Neuron System and heightened insula activity make empaths more attuned to others’ emotions. Over time, this leads to emotional contagion and system fatigue.
People-pleasing activates the social engagement system (ventral vagal nerve), but when boundaries are crossed repeatedly, the body shifts into dorsal vagal shutdown (freeze/collapse).
3. Menstruation & Hormones
During the late luteal phase → progesterone and estrogen plummet, which reduces serotonin and dopamine availability.
Result: irritability, sensitivity, lower tolerance for stress, and greater somatic/emotional rawness.
Menstrual bleeding itself is a detoxification process, mobilizing prostaglandins (inflammation), which can heighten pain and fatigue.
4. Full Moon Physiology
Full moon = brighter light, altered circadian entrainment → disrupted melatonin, sleep disturbance.
Studies show slight increases in ER visits, mood fluctuations, and sleep issues during full moons. For highly sensitive systems, this feels amplified.
In sum:This convergence creates a perfect storm:
Cortisol spikes from overload
Dopamine/serotonin dips from cycle changes
Melatonin disruption from lunar brightness
Autonomic nervous system swinging between fight/flight → freeze → exhaustion
The lived experience: overstimulation, emotional floods, dissociation, collapse, and eventually reset.
✨ Parallel to Spiritual Emergence
Spiritual emergence is often described as a crisis of overwhelm that breaks down ordinary functioning, opening space for transformation. This neurobiological crash maps directly onto that:
1. Overload → Breakdown
Neurobiology: The nervous system collapses under excess input.
Spiritually: Old ways of coping/identifying can no longer hold; ego boundaries dissolve.
2. Dissolution of Self/Other
Neurobiology: Empath circuits + autistic sensitivity blur self and other; hormonal shifts thin filters further.
Spiritually: Mystics describe this as “losing the self to find the whole”. Painful, but revelatory.
3. Threshold / Liminal Space
Neurobiology: Shutdown is not failure, but a forced pause for repair.
Spiritually: This pause is the “dark night” where vision, clarity, and downloads enter.
4. Integration / Renewal
Neurobiology: Post-crash, the system recalibrates. Neurotransmitters stabilize, nervous system re-regulates, tissues rest.
Spiritually: You emerge with insight, clarity, and reclaimed energy. Each cycle strips away what isn’t yours and reinforces sovereignty.
🌿 Somatic-Spiritual Navigation
Somatic:
Weighted blankets, pressure, rocking → restore vagal tone.
Breath + humming → regulate parasympathetic balance.
Rest during menstrual bleeding → align with natural downshift.
Spiritual:
Ritualize the crash → treat shutdown as sacred retreat.
Moon + blood offering → transform overwhelm into prayer.
Call on ancestors/guides → frame collapse as being carried, not abandoned.
Relational:
Explain this as “a system reset” not a flaw.
Build agreements with loved ones: silence, gentle care, non-demanding presence.
🌕 Reframe
From one view: “I’m crashing, failing, overwhelmed.”From the integrative view: “My nervous system is guiding me through a portal—burning away excess, collapsing false identities, opening me to spirit and clarity.”
It’s not pathology alone, but neurobiology and spirituality dancing the same dance: a breakdown → breakthrough cycle.
